Physiotherapy Exercise Classes

An essential part of rehabilitation and injury prevention is exercise and regularly performing your physio exercises. Fluid Motion Physiotherapy classes are designed to do just that in a fun, friendly and safe way. Before you join a class you need an initial assessment, so that the area of dysfunction, weakness, and injury can be diagnosed. This allows exercises to be individualised for your needs.

Classes are kept small to ensure that you get attention and supervision at all times.

Who can benefit from the class?

You will benefit from an exercise class if you are  currently experiencing or recovering from back pain, have a sore neck or get headaches, have osteo-arthrists, are pregnant or have recently had a baby,  tend to fall frequently or have poor balance, have recently had surgery, or during or following treatment for cancer.
